These Terms apply to the Myfitsociety Pay One Get Two, Pay 1 Get 2, or similar promotional offer. They supplement our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms shown with the applicable offer.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Offer is available only to users who make a qualifying Premium purchase during the applicable promotional period.

The Pay One Get Two promotional benefit applies only to the initial qualifying payment and does not apply to subsequent renewal payments unless the Offer expressly states otherwise.

Each qualifying purchase is eligible for one promotional voucher unless otherwise stated.

2. VOUCHER ISSUANCE

After a successful qualifying purchase, a promotional voucher will be sent to the email address associated with the purchaser’s account or provided through another method communicated with the Offer.

Unless otherwise stated, the voucher will provide a free promotional period matching the initial subscription period purchased.

For example, a qualifying 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month subscription may provide a voucher for the same respective period.

3. VOUCHER USAGE

The voucher cannot be redeemed by the account that generated it and must be redeemed by a different eligible Myfitsociety account.

Unless otherwise stated, the voucher may only be redeemed by an account that does not have an active paid subscription at the time of redemption.

The purchaser may give the voucher to one eligible recipient. The voucher may only be redeemed once and may not be resold or commercially distributed.

4. REDEMPTION PROCESS

The recipient must follow the redemption instructions provided with the voucher.

The recipient may be required to create or sign in to a Myfitsociety account, enter the voucher code, complete the applicable questionnaire or onboarding process, provide a valid payment method where required, and complete the remaining redemption or checkout steps.

Once successfully redeemed, the applicable free promotional period will be activated.

5. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

The purchaser’s own subscription remains a recurring subscription where indicated at checkout. After the initial subscription period, it will renew at the regular price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout unless cancelled before renewal.

For the voucher recipient, if the free promotional period converts into a paid subscription, the applicable regular price, billing frequency, and automatic renewal terms will be shown during redemption or checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, after the free promotional period ends, the recipient’s subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription unless cancelled before the promotional period ends.

If the subscription is billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation must be managed through the applicable Apple or Google account or platform.

6. VALIDITY

The voucher is valid only until the expiration date communicated with the voucher or applicable Offer.

A voucher that is not redeemed before its expiration date will expire and will not normally be extended, replaced, or reissued, except where appropriate because of an error attributable to Myfitsociety or where required by applicable law.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE

The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.

The voucher itself is not refundable and cannot be combined with another voucher, discount, or promotional offer unless expressly permitted.

A free promotional period has no refundable monetary value.

If the qualifying purchase that generated the voucher is refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, Myfitsociety may cancel any unused voucher associated with that purchase and, where reasonably appropriate, any remaining promotional access obtained through it.

8. MISUSE OF THE OFFER

Myfitsociety may cancel or reject a voucher or promotional benefit where we reasonably determine that there has been fraud or abuse, including:

• use of duplicate accounts to obtain additional promotional benefits;
• false or manipulated eligibility;
• unauthorized sale or duplication of vouchers;
• use of unauthorized payment methods; or
• other attempts to circumvent the Offer Terms.

Serious or repeated abuse may result in suspension or restriction of the relevant account in accordance with our Terms of Use.

9. CHANGES TO THE OFFER

We may change, suspend, extend, or end the Offer or its future availability.

Changes will normally apply prospectively and will not ordinarily remove a promotional benefit that has already been validly earned or redeemed, except in cases of fraud, abuse, payment reversal, or where otherwise permitted or required by law.

10. GENERAL TERMS

This Offer is subject to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms disclosed with the applicable promotion.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
